What happens when I hit my intake limit?

We’ll notify you as you approach your limit. When you reach it, new intakes pause — grab a booster pack of 10 extra intakes for $30 to keep going right away, or wait for your limit to reset at the start of your next billing cycle. Booster intakes roll over to the following month if unused (they expire after that). Doing high volume every month? Upgrading to the next tier is usually the better deal — we’ll flag when that’s the case.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

Is there a contract or commitment?

Solo Basic is month-to-month with no commitment. Pro and Agency annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months.
